How the remote package runs, step by step
Everything that needs your signature is collected in one power of attorney, drafted in two languages, which you sign before a notary in your country. Where your country is party to the Hague Apostille Convention, the signature is apostilled; elsewhere it is legalised by the Georgian consulate. The original is sent to Tbilisi by courier, translated into Georgian, and the translation is certified by a Georgian notary.
We then register the LLC with the National Agency of Public Registry (200 GEL for one working day, 400 GEL on the same day), provide the legal address for twelve months, set up the Revenue Service portal and prepare the bank's compliance file. Most of the five to fifteen working days go on the signature abroad, the apostille and the courier; registration itself takes one working day. The bank account is the one step no adviser controls: each bank decides after its own review, and practice on remote onboarding differs from bank to bank.

Is the bank account guaranteed?
No adviser can guarantee a bank's decision. We prepare a complete file and work with banks that accept remote onboarding for suitable profiles.
Which countries can I sign from?
Any country with a notary. Where the Apostille Convention applies, the signature is apostilled; elsewhere it is legalised through the consulate.
Can I add accounting?
