Outsourced legal department in Georgia
A monthly retainer: Basic, Business or Corporate.
A standing legal team for your company at a predictable monthly fee: contracts, corporate changes, employment questions, correspondence with authorities and priority access to a senior lawyer.
How the monthly plan works in practice
Each plan includes a set number of hours a month and a named lawyer who knows your company, its documents and its deadlines. Requests come in by e-mail or messenger, and routine matters are handled without a new proposal each time: contract reviews, corporate decisions, employment questions and letters to authorities.
Work beyond the plan is charged at the reduced rate agreed in it, or quoted as a fixed fee in advance, and litigation is always quoted separately. The plan runs monthly without a long commitment: you can change or stop it before the next billing period. For a foreign-owned subsidiary without in-house counsel it also keeps the compliance calendar, covering registry changes, tax deadlines and the renewal of permits and statuses.
