About
A corporate law practice for business in Georgia
We advise foreign founders, investors and local companies on setting up, running and protecting a business in Georgia, with the rigour of a law firm and fees that are clear before the work begins.

The practice
Our work covers the life of a business: the choice of legal form and its registration, tax status, banking, residence and the right to work, contracts, governance and, when needed, disputes and an orderly exit.
Many of our clients are abroad when they first contact us. We are organised for that: documents prepared for signature in any country, meetings by video, and Georgian procedures explained in plain language before anything is signed.
Who we work with
Most of our clients come from abroad: founders relocating to Georgia, IT professionals and freelancers, foreign companies opening a subsidiary or a branch, and investors buying property or shares. Local businesses come to us for contracts, corporate changes, employment questions and disputes.
A Georgian matter often needs more than a lawyer: a notary, a certified translator, an accountant. We coordinate them, with our accounting partner where you need one, so that you deal with one point of contact. Where a matter needs expertise or capacity we do not have, we say so and, with your consent, involve a partner law firm under confidentiality.
How we practise
Senior attention
An experienced lawyer leads every matter and remains your point of contact throughout.
Clarity
Advice in writing, in plain language, with the decision you need to take set out first.
Fixed fees
A written proposal with a fixed fee before work begins; government fees at cost.
Discretion
Professional secrecy on every matter, and a non-disclosure agreement on request.
Three working languages
We advise, draft and correspond in English, Georgian and Russian. Georgian documents you sign are explained to you, and bilingual versions are prepared where a counterparty or an authority needs one.
