1.Who we are

This website and the services described on it are operated by [Operator's legal name], identification code [Identification code], [Registered address], Tbilisi, Georgia ("we"). We are the controller of the personal data you send us through this website. Questions about this policy: info@makebusinessingeorgia.com, +995 555 21 11 99.

2.What we collect

We collect only what you give us and what we need to answer your request:

  • Your name, phone number, e-mail address, preferred way of contact, company name, country of residence and message
  • Your answers in the request form and the indicative fee shown to you
  • How you reached the site: advertising parameters (utm, gclid, fbclid), the referring page and the landing page
  • Your language choice, stored in one cookie on your device

3.Why we use it

We use your data to answer your request, to prepare a proposal, to check for conflicts of interest and, if you instruct us, to provide the service. The legal basis is your consent and the steps you ask us to take before entering into an engagement. We use the advertising parameters to measure which campaigns bring requests, never to identify you.

4.Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only as far as necessary:

  • A partner law firm, under confidentiality, if your matter requires expertise or capacity we do not have, and only with your consent given in the form
  • Service providers who host this website, our database and our e-mail, under contracts that oblige them to protect the data
  • Authorities, banks and notaries, only when you instruct us to act for you

5.Visit statistics and cookies

We count visits with a self-hosted, cookie-less statistics tool that does not identify you. The only cookie we set remembers your language choice. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6.How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Client files are kept for as long as the law and professional rules require.

7.Your rights

Under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection, and the GDPR where it applies, you may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, a restriction of processing, or a copy of it; you may also withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@makebusinessingeorgia.com. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

8.Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored on systems with restricted access. Only the people who work on your request can see it.
