Is the first consultation free?
Yes. The first 15-minute assessment, by phone or video call, is free and without obligation. If your matter needs more work, you receive a written proposal with a fixed fee before anything is charged.
How quickly will you reply?
Within one business day, through the channel you choose: WhatsApp, Telegram, a phone call, e-mail or a meeting. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, Tbilisi time.
Which languages can we use?
English, Georgian and Russian, in writing and in meetings. Georgian documents you are asked to sign are explained to you first.
Is what I send confidential?
Yes. Everything you send is covered by professional secrecy, and we sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share documents if you wish. We check for conflicts of interest before we take on any matter.
What should I prepare?
Nothing formal for the first call: a short description of your plans, who will own the business and your timetable. If you already have documents, such as a draft contract or a registry extract, mention them in your message.
